Welcome > Connect with Customer > Ring Up> Tender transaction > Gather Product > Finish with Connection

Food Warming Routine:

Prepare > Warm > Finish and Package > Customers Connections at Hand-off

Brewed Coffee Routine:

Choose Roast (Blonde, Dark, Decaf, Medium Roast) > Reset Timer> Grind > Brew > Prepare for next Roast

Point of Sale is the first partner the customer sees when they walk in the door. As the first interaction the customer has, it is vital that they feel welcome and receive a warm connection as they walk in the door.
