Beverage Routine

Steam Milk > Queue Shots > Pump Syrups > Complete Beverage

Vanilla Latte: (grande)

  1. Steam 2% milk in pitcher to grande line

  2. Queue 2 regular espresso shots 

  3. Add 4 pumps of Vanilla syrup and place cup under shot queue to mix

  4. Add milk (and clean steam wand) to cup contents to mix with espresso and syrup

  5. Add lid to finish

  6. Connect with customer at hand-off 

Cappuccino: (grande)

  1. Steam 2% milk in pitcher to grande line, steaming at top of milk line longer to create more foam required for a cappuccino

  2. Queue 2 regular espresso shots 

  3. Add milk (and clean steam wand) to cup contents to mix with espresso and syrup - use spoon if necessary to fill cup with foam. 

  4. Add lid to finish

  5. Connect with customer at hand-off

Flat White: (grande)

  1. Steam whole milk in pitcher to grande line

  2. Queue 3 ristretto shots into cup

  3. Add milk (and clean steam wand) to cup at a steady pour in the center of the cup to create white dot at the top 

  4. Add lid to finish

  5. Connect with customer at hand-off

White Mocha Latte: (grande)

  1. Steam 2% milk in pitcher to grande line

  2. Queue 2 regular espresso shots

  3. Add 4 pumps of White Mocha syrup and place cup under shot queue to mix

  4. Add milk (and clean steam wand) to cup contents to mix with espresso and syrup - leave "lip room" for whip cream

  5. Add whip cream to top 

  6. Add lid to finish

  7. Connect with customer at hand-off

Caramel Macchiato: (grande)

  1. Steam 2% milk in pitcher to grande line

  2. Queue 2 regular espresso shots - place 2 shot glasses underneath to catch espresso shots

  3. Add 3 pumps of vanilla to bottom of cup

  4. Pour milk contents into cup (with "lip room" for espresso shots)

  5. Pour 2 espresso shots into center of cup in milk

  6. Pour waffle pattern of caramel drizzle to top of cup contents

  7. Add lid to finish

  8. Connect with customer at hand-off
