Beverage Routine
Steam Milk > Queue Shots > Pump Syrups > Complete Beverage
Vanilla Latte: (grande)
- 
Steam 2% milk in pitcher to grande line 
- 
Queue 2 regular espresso shots 
- 
Add 4 pumps of Vanilla syrup and place cup under shot queue to mix 
- 
Add milk (and clean steam wand) to cup contents to mix with espresso and syrup 
- 
Add lid to finish 
- 
Connect with customer at hand-off 
Cappuccino: (grande)
- 
Steam 2% milk in pitcher to grande line, steaming at top of milk line longer to create more foam required for a cappuccino 
- 
Queue 2 regular espresso shots 
- 
Add milk (and clean steam wand) to cup contents to mix with espresso and syrup - use spoon if necessary to fill cup with foam. 
- 
Add lid to finish 
- 
Connect with customer at hand-off 
Flat White: (grande)
- 
Steam whole milk in pitcher to grande line 
- 
Queue 3 ristretto shots into cup 
- 
Add milk (and clean steam wand) to cup at a steady pour in the center of the cup to create white dot at the top 
- 
Add lid to finish 
- 
Connect with customer at hand-off 
White Mocha Latte: (grande)
- 
Steam 2% milk in pitcher to grande line 
- 
Queue 2 regular espresso shots 
- 
Add 4 pumps of White Mocha syrup and place cup under shot queue to mix 
- 
Add milk (and clean steam wand) to cup contents to mix with espresso and syrup - leave "lip room" for whip cream 
- 
Add whip cream to top 
- 
Add lid to finish 
- 
Connect with customer at hand-off 
Caramel Macchiato: (grande)
- 
Steam 2% milk in pitcher to grande line 
- 
Queue 2 regular espresso shots - place 2 shot glasses underneath to catch espresso shots 
- 
Add 3 pumps of vanilla to bottom of cup 
- 
Pour milk contents into cup (with "lip room" for espresso shots) 
- 
Pour 2 espresso shots into center of cup in milk 
- 
Pour waffle pattern of caramel drizzle to top of cup contents 
- 
Add lid to finish 
- 
Connect with customer at hand-off
