Welcome > Hand Off Food and Drink > Connect with Customer > Tender Items > Finish

Multi-tasking is an important element to be able to run the drive thru efficiently. Talking and connecting with customers as the DTO (taking orders) while setting up the DTR (window) for efficient connections.

Connecting with customers in the Drive Thru must be quick and efficient. The drive thru times need to be kept low but it is vital that partners still make connections as they would in the cafe or at the point of sale.
