Production Area: Cycle Step 2

Stock all Refrigerators (milk/lemonade/sweet cream/alternative milks/refreshers)

Stock Ice/Cups/Lids

Small Wares (kept with timer)

Sanitizer Water Exchange (first sign of discoloration)
Back of House Area: Cycle Step 3

Attending to the dishes

Making kegs for Cold Brew & emptying toddies

Filling the toddies for Cold Brew (once a day - takes up entire cycle)

Trash runs (collecting all trash in front of house and back of house to take to dumpster
Customer Support partner moves to permanent positions (unless there are enough partners) to fill out needed positions during "Go Mode" or throughout the day for coverage of breaks/lunches.

Customer Support position completes many of the cleaning tasks, but everyone is responsible for their station while keeping the store clean and happy.
